With its central location and surrouded by pristine scenic lakes the lovely town of Tullah is a relaxing holiday destination. In its mining heyday it could only be reached by steam train but development has opened up the area. Ride the local Wee Geordine railway. Just north of Tulla is Lake Mackintosh, and Lake Rosebery will be seen just west of the town past the shooping and community cneter. There is a large resort type motel on the lake and swimming and fishing are popular.
The Tullah Tavern was recently re-opened and is now central focal point of locals and visitors.
